Receta Grilled Flatbread With Garlic Beef And Tomato Chutney

Ingredientes
- 1 x recipe Flatbread see * Note
- 1 x Beef tenderloin - (abt 8 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Garlic head skin removed, and smashed
- 1 c. Cooked white beans
- 3 x Garlic cloves smashed
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh thyme Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 6 x Sundried tomatoes, in oil liquid removed, julienned
- 4 x Roasted shallots sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
Direcciones
- Marinate the beef in the extra virgin olive oil and smasked garlic head, 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Preheat the grill.
- Grill beef on both sides for 3 to 4 min, for medium-rare. Let rest and slice thinly.
- Puree the beans, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and thyme in a food processor till smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix together the tomatoes, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Flatten the Flatbread dough, throw on grill. Grill on one side till golden brown, turn over, spread with white bean puree, sliced beef and tomato chutney. Serve.
