Receta Grilled Grouper And Almond Butter

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened (125ml)
- 4 ounce almonds, crushed
- 2 tsp parsley, diced (10ml) Splash of almond extract
- 4 x Grouper fillets
Direcciones
- Mix the butter, almonds, parsley and almond extract together in a bowl. Roll up into a log in plastic wrap and rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Season grouper with oil, salt and pepper and place onto oiled grill for 3 1/2 min per side.
- Remove from grill and serve hot with almond butter discs melting on top.
