Receta Grilled Halibut Steaks

Ingredientes
- 8 x halibut steaks (about 3/4 pound each)
- 2 sm clv garlic, cut in halves
- 6 Tbsp. salad oil
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice Salt Paprika
- 6 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (recipe follows)
Direcciones
- Rub halibut on both sides with cut garlic clove; brush with salad oil. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Place on grill about 4 inches above medium warm coals.
- Cook about 5 min; turn. Sprinkle top of steaks with paprika and toasted sesame seeds. Cook 5 min longer, or possibly till the fish is done. Test for doneness with a fork; if the fish flakes easily, it is ready to serve. Serve at once with lemon wedges and minced parsley.
- Makes 8 servings
- TOASTED SESAME SEEDS
- Spread sesame seeds in shallow baking pan; bake in moderate oven (350 F. for about 20 min), till seeds turn a pale brown. Watch them to prevent overbrowning, that will destroy the flavor.
