- 1/2 c. Fresh cilantro leaves Salt Pepper
- 1/4 c. Chopped white onion
- 1 1/4 c. Diced ripe papaya
- 3/4 c. Diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

- * - Cut into 6 equal portionsArrange papaya relish and warm fish equally on 6 hot plates. Garnish plates with cilantro. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
