Grilled Lamb Chops with Wine Garlic Mint Marinade

Lamb was plentiful and affordable when I was growing up also. However, this was on the East Coast where it was more popular than other parts of the country (at that time). Now, it's scarce and expensive - at least in the Midwest. However, Kroger had lamb chops yesterday! What great timing. They were, however, those dinky little loin chops fit for Barbie, so I had to buy extra just to get the taste. Your recipe will be right on time - TONIGHT!
