Receta Grilled Pepper Kebabs With Spicy Marinade

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce or possibly 1/2 tsp warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon, juice
- 2 x garlic, cloves, finely, minced black pepper, to taste The Kebabs
- 2 x red pepper, seeded, and, halved
- 2 x green pepper, seeded, and, halved
- 2 x yellow pepper, seeded, and, halved
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 10 min.
- The Kebabs:Skewer pepper halves alternating colours. Brush with marinade and cook for about 6-8 min or possibly just beginning to char.
- (Soak wooden skewers in water for 1/2 hour, if using.)
