  • 3/4 c. Minced seeded peeled tomato

  • 2 tsp White wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x Cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce (up to 1/4) Salmon steaks (4-6)

Direcciones

  1. 1. Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth.
  2. Pour into a shallow dish : add in salmon turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 min or possibly longer turning
  3. 2. Remove from marinade, reserving marinade
  4. 3. Grill or possibly broil basting occasionally till fish flakes easily with a fork the in direct heat grill works great for this one also
