Receta Grilled Salmon Supreme With Fruit Salsa

Ingredientes
- 4 x skinless boneless salmon fillets 6 ounce salt onion pwdr garlic pwdr
- 1 lrg ripe mango
- 1 x lime juiced
- 1 x red onion diced
- 2 ounce cucumber peeled, seeded, diced
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro or possibly double to taste
- 2 x ripe tomatoes diced
- 1 x serrano pepper diced
Direcciones
- Remove skin and stone from mango and dice. Add in lime juice. Combine mango and other salsa ingredients in a bowl and chill. Season salmon with salt, onion pwdr and garlic pwdr. Cook fish on warm grill or possibly broil for 5-10 min.
