  • 8 x salmon steaks - (6 ounce ea)
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 sm avocados peeled, diced
  • 1/3 c. lime juice
  • 1 jar refrigerated mango - (26 ounce) liquid removed, diced
  • 1 med purple onion diced
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 x jalapeno pepper - (to 2) seeded, chopped
  • 1/3 c. minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger

Direcciones

  1. Brush salmon with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Serve with Avocado-Mango Salsa.
  2. For Avocado-Mango Salsa: Stir together all ingredients. Chill, if you like. (
