Receta Grilled Salmon With Avocado Mango Salsa

Ingredientes
- 8 x salmon steaks - (6 ounce ea)
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 4 sm avocados peeled, diced
- 1/3 c. lime juice
- 1 jar refrigerated mango - (26 ounce) liquid removed, diced
- 1 med purple onion diced
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 x jalapeno pepper - (to 2) seeded, chopped
- 1/3 c. minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
Direcciones
- Brush salmon with oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Serve with Avocado-Mango Salsa.
- For Avocado-Mango Salsa: Stir together all ingredients. Chill, if you like. (
- Makes about 5 c.)
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
- Comments: For Grilled Chicken With Avocado-Mango Salsa, substitute 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts for fish. Grill according to directions 10 min on each side or possibly till chicken is done.
