Receta Grilled Salmon With Nectarine Red Onion Relish

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Nectarines Coarsely Minced
- 1 c. Red Bell Pepper Coarsely Minced
- 1 c. Red Onion Coarsely Minced
- 1/4 c. Fresh Basil Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 c. White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Grated Orange Rind
- 1/4 c. Fresh Orange Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Jalapeno Pepper
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 x Garlic Cloves Chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt Divided
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Grnd Pepper
- 4 x Salmon Fillets Vegetable Cooking Spray
Direcciones
- Combine first 11 ingredients and 1/8 tsp. salt in a medium bowl, and stir well. Let nectarine mix stand 2 hrs. Sprinkle pepper and 1/8 tsp. salt over salmon fillets. Prepare grill. Place fillets on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 5 min on each side or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve immediately with nectarine-red onion relish.
