Receta Grilled Scampi ( Spiedini Di Scampi)

Ingredientes
- 500 gm frzn scampi just thawed and dry
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 50 gm dry white breaderumbs
- 1/2 clv garlic crushed
- 1 x tablespoonfnciy minced parsley
- 1 x salt and pepper lemon wedges to serve
Direcciones
- Put the scampi in a bowl with the oil breadcrumbs garlic parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir gently till thoroughly coated.
- Cover and leave to marinate for 30 min at room temperature.
- Thread onto 4 kebab skewers pushing them to the centre.
- Cook under a preheated very warm grill for 2 to 3 min on each side depending on size till the crumbs are crisp.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
- Serves 4
