- 1/2 pound lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound sea scallops
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon warm sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and marinate at room temperature one hour before grilling. Alternate shrimp and scallops on skewers. Barbecue, watching very carefully till seafood is opaque.
