Ingredientes
- 10 x individual chicken tenderloins
- 1/4 c. minced cilantro
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. sliced lemon rind
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 10 x wooden bamboo skewers
Direcciones
- In a mixing bowl combine the chicken with all the other ingredients and be sure to toss it all thoroughly. Marinate for 1 hour.
- Place the tenders on the skewers. On warm grill cook skewers for 4 min on each side.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
