Receta Grilled Steak Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 1 x Beef Flank Steak, (About 1 Lb.)
- 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 4 slc Italian Bread
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Prepared Salsa, Liquid removed
- 1 x Green Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 2 tsp Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 c. Iceberg Lettuce, Shredded
Direcciones
- Sprinkle pepper on both sides of flank steak. Place on grid over medium coals. Grill about 10 min, turning once , to desired doneness. Thinly slice meat across grain. Grill or possibly toast bread slices. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, salsa, onion, and cilantro. Spread on one side of each bread slice. Top with lettuce and steak slices.
- NOTES : This sandwich can stand alone, or possibly pair it with Tomato Basil Soup for an especially satisfying meal.
