Receta Grilled Steak With Blue Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. White wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce -- or possibly tamari
- 1 lrg Onion -- sliced
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- crushed
- 1/4 tsp Pepper -- or possibly to taste
- 1 1/2 lb Porterhouse steak
- 1/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled -- or possibly To taste
Direcciones
- Combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, onion, garlic & pepper. Score steak lightly on both sides & marinate, covered in refrigerator, several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Grill steak on one side for 5 - 7 min. Turn & top carefully with crumbled blue cheese. Cover & grill another 5 - 7 min or possibly till desired doneness.
