Directions
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain and whip with remaining ingredients. Keep WARM
CARROT GINGER SAUCE
2 (6-ounce) tuna steaks
Place all ingredients is a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until carrots are tender. Puree in a food processor, and push through a chinois.
Soy Glaze
1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice
Place in small pan and simmer 4 minutes until thick/syrupy.
Assembly: Sear tuna ON a hot grill. Place on a plate and glaze. Surround with carrot ginger sauce and serve with mashed potatoes.
