Receta Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dry chopped onion
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 dsh EACH garlic pwdr and pepper
- 2 x Turkey tenderloins
Direcciones
- In a large resealable bag or possibly shallow glass dish, combine the soy sauce, oil, apple juice, lemon juice, onion, vanilla, ginger, garlic pwdr and pepper. Add in turkey; seal or possibly cover and chill for at least 2 hrs.
- Throw away marinade. Grill turkey, covered, over medium coals for 8-10 min per side or possibly till juices run clear.
