Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 med. onion, diced
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 sm. can sliced olives
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can Mexican flavored tomatoes
- 2 1/2 c. instant rice
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Brown onion and grnd beef in skillet; drain. Add in liquid removed olives and chilies. Cook together 5 min. Add in tomatoes and tomato sauce, rice and 2 c. water. Cook on low heat 10-15 min. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake till cheese melts.
