Receta Lean Ground Beef and Carrots Spring Rolls
Ingredientes
- 1 kilo lean ground beef
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 2 stalks celery, shredded
- 1 onion, shredded
- 30 spring roll wrappers
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- canola oil, for frying
Direcciones
- Place the ground beef and shredded carrots in a large mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- gently separate the spring roll wrappers and set them on a plate.
- *place a moist paper towel between every five wrappers or so to make them more pliable.
- Lay a wrapper on a cutting board and place a heaping tablespoon of the meat filling in the lower center of the wrapper.
- Use your hand to shape the filling into a 3-inch log. Bring the bottom of the wrapper up over the filling.
- Fold the sides inwards and roll up the spring rolls.
- Heat up the pan and pour canola oil for mid-deep frying.
- Turn over each rolls for an even cook.
- Transfer each rolls onto a platter with paper towel.
- Serve with sweet-chili dip.
