Receta Ground Beef 'N Curry

Ingredientes
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. minced onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 juicy tomatoes, diced or possibly 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
- 4 c. cooked rice
- Condiment (see below)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry garlic and onion in butter, then add in grnd beef and brown. Add in seasonings and tomatoes (break up canned tomatoes if using those). Heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
