Receta Ground Beef Patties

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 med. potato, peeled & shredded (3/4 c.)
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced (1/4 c.)
- 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 can (12 ounce.) vegetable V-8 Juice
Direcciones
- Thoroughly mix beef, egg, potato, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 6 patties. In a 10 inch skillet, brown patties in warm oil over medium heat. Pour off any accumulated fat. Pour juice into pan. Reduce heat to low and cover pan. Cook 20 min or possibly till done, basting occasionally with pan juices. During the last 10 min of cooking, uncover to thicken sauce.
