Receta Ground Beef Teriyaki

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. diagonally cut celery
- 1 c. carrots, cut thinly
- 1 can mushroom gravy
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 green onions, cut in 1 inch pcs
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 green or possibly red pepper, cut in 1 inch pcs
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- Warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- In skillet over medium heat, in warm oil, cook onions, celery, carrots and pepper till tender-crisp, stirring often. Remove vegetables to bowl. In same skillet, cook beef till browned. Spoon off fat. Stir in gravy, soy sauce, ginger, crushed red pepper and cooked veggies. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
