Receta Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 quart. stewed tomatoes with pepper and onions
- 5 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 5 c. water
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 10 ounce. pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
- 1 1/2 env. dry onion soup mix
Direcciones
- Brown beef and drain well. Combine remaining ingredients with beef into large soup pot. Simmer for about 1 to 2 hrs. I find the more it simmers, the better the flavor. You may need to add in another 8 ounce. can of tomato sauce and 1 c. of water depending on how long its allowed to simmer. Serves approximately 8 to 10.
