Receta Ground Beef With Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Brown rice in shortening. Add in hamburger and brown. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into a 2 qt casserole. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30-45 min.
