Receta Ground Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd turkey
- 1 c. oat bran
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 green pepper
- 2 lg. garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram, coarsely minced
- 2 egg whites
- 6 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 6 slices onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 can tomatoes
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except for half the can of tomatoes. Cover meat loaf with 1/2 can of tomatoes last 15 min of baking. Bake for 1 hour 15 min at 350 degrees or possibly meat temperature 170 degrees, in a well greased tube or possibly bundt pan.
