Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, fine
- 1/3 c. crumbled saltines
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 sm. to medium onion, quartered
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Direcciones
- In blender, blend lowfat milk, Large eggs, onion, and seasonings. Put meat-crumbs in bowl. Pour liquid over and mix. Put in 4 3/4 x 8 3/4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min till done.
