Receta Ground Veal In Acorn Squash

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd veal
- 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 acorn squash
- 1 egg or possibly substitute, beaten
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lg. tomatoes, sliced
Direcciones
- In a bowl, blend veal, egg, bread crumbs, green pepper and onion. Add in salt and pepper. Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Fill each half with meat mix and top with a tomato slice. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Arrange on a cookie sheet and cover each squash half with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Uncover and continue baking another 15 min or possibly till squash is soft. Serves 6.
