  • 1 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. rolled oats (oatmeal)
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. can coconut
  • 1 c. minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Mix Crisco and sugars together. Add in the 2 Large eggs. Add in the dry ingredients together and add in to above mix. Fold in oats, Rice Krispies, coconut and nuts. Mix with hands, rolling into balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. Makes 6-7 dozen.
