Receta Gulliver's Turkey Shingles

Ingredientes
- Turkey fillets or possibly slices
- 1 onion (small)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
Direcciones
- Coat turkey pcs in flour, salt, and pepper. Saute/fry onion in oil, get warm. Add in turkey pcs, fry up fast. Remove pcs. Use remaining oil to whip up some gravy. IN warm oil, place 2 Tbsp. flour and with fork or possibly wire whisk stir flour and oil together. Add in lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly till gravy forms. Toast toast and place turkey on toast. Cover with gravy and serve whipped potatoes and corn.
