Receta Haber Beach Baked Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- Garlic salt
Direcciones
- Put shrimp in casserole dish. Heat butter and brush over shrimp. Bake 5 min at 325 degrees. Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, cooking sherry, salt and pepper. Put on top of shrimp. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 6-8.
