- 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
- Maple glaze:
- 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp maple extract
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 tbsp brewed coffee (or 1 tbsp milk, if preferred)
