  • 125 gm Plain flour, (4oz)
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1 x Egg, size 3
  • 300 ml Lowfat milk, (1/2 pint)
  • 125 gm Ham, minced (4oz)
  • 2 x Bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 50 gm Grated mozzarella cheese, (2oz) Freshly minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. To make the pancakes, place the flour, salt, egg and lowfat milk in a bowl and beat well.
  2. Pour a little batter into a non-stick frying pan till the batter coats the bottom of the pan. Cook for 1-2 min, loosen the edges and cook other side for further 1-2 min or possibly till golden. Continue to make 6-8 pancakes.
  3. Mix all the filling ingredients together, divide between each pancake, roll up and place in an ovenproof dish.
  4. Sprinkle with the cheese and place in a preheated oven 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6 for 10-15 min, till golden brown. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
  5. NOTES : A delicious savoury pancake, ideal served for a light lunch.
