Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 2/3 c. Onions, minced
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 3 c. Ham, cooked, diced
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Chicken, cooked, diced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, cut up
- 2 c. Rice, cooked
- 1/2 c. Buttered fresh breadcrumbs
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 . Heat butter in skillet over medium heat; saute/fry onions til tender. Stir in flour; slowly add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly til thickened. Combine with remaining ingredients except crumbs in casserole.
- Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min or possibly til brown.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
