- Heat oven to 400 degrees; generously grease pie plate. Heat water and butter to boiling in 2 qt saucepan. Add in baking mix all at once. Stir vigorously over low heat till mix forms a ball, about 1 1/2 min. Remove from heat. Beat in Large eggs, 1 at a time, continue beating till smooth. Spread in pie plate (don't spread up side). Bake till puffed and dry in center, 35 to 40 min. Cold. Just before serving, fill with ham salad filling. Cut into wedges. 2 c. cubed, fully cooked smoked ham 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 2 tbsp. minced onion 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- Rinse frzn peas under running cool water to separate; drain. Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs.
