Ingredientes
- 6 1/2 lbs. cooked ham, diced
- 2 c. minced onion
- 3 lbs. cubed cheese
- 24 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 6 (4 ounce.) cans mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 c. minced green pepper
- 3/4 c. minced pimiento
- 6 tbsp. prepared mustard
Direcciones
- Grease 6 pans 13 x 9 1/2 x 2. Divide uncooked macaroni into the 6 pans. Divide ham mix into 6 and cover macaroni. Then divide liquids in 6 and pour over each pan. Sprinkle 1 c. crumbs over each. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 or possibly 45 min. Serve with buttered carrots and cool slaw. Serves 50.
