- Brown together.
- Mix together: 1 c. lowfat milk 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 pt. corn 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly celery soup or possibly vegetable soup
- Put all in casserole and mix. In frypan, heat 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter and stir in 2 c. of corn flakes. Stir to coat flakes with butter, put on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
