- 8 ounce cream cheese, room temp.
- Healthy pinch of ginger

- Mix together. Chill, then keep out 5 hrs before using. Great used over assorted melon balls, fresh strawberries, any good fruit cup or possibly individual fruits. I serve it in shrimp cocktail container over ice.
