- Mix hamburger as you would for meatloaf. Line a pie plate with it and flute edges. Combine rice, tomato sauce, salt, water, and 1/4 c. of cheese. Spoon rice mix into hamburger shell. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Uncover and sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 min longer. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
