Receta Hamburger Rice Skillet

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 med. onion, sliced into rings
- 1 med. green pepper, minced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 c. med. grain rice
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
Direcciones
- In skillet cook beef, onion, pepper, garlic till browned; drain. Add in rice; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 min. Add in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, basil, 1 1/2 c. water and 1 tsp. salt. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer 25-30 min or possibly till rice is tender. Stir occasionally.
