Receta Hamburger Shish Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd round steak
- 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (No. 2) can small potatoes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 1 (No. 2) can boiled onions
- 2 green peppers, sliced in 4 pcs the long way
Direcciones
- Mix the grnd meat, cheese, salt and garlic pwdr, pepper and cinnamon very well. Form into 16 meatballs about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. On shish kabob skewers put a potato first, then a meat ball, then a cherry or possibly wedge of tomato, then an onion, another meat ball, and last a green pepper, folded in half. Repeat till all ingredients are used up. Place on broiling rack under broiler and cook till meat is browned on all sides. Serve immediately. Also great on the Barbeque grill.
