Receta Hard Dog Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 2 c. cracked wheat
- 1 c. rye flour
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. dry lowfat milk
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 pt. chicken stock
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add in chicken stock and put together with dry ingredients. Knead for 3 min, working into a stiff dough. Roll dough into 1/4 inch sheet and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min. Turn oven off and leave in oven overnight. In the morning, the biscuits will be hard. Your dog will love them.
