  1. Combine flour, wheat germ, garlic, and healthy pinch of salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter. Stir in beaten egg, molasses, and lowfat milk. Add in sufficient water so mix can be shaped into a ball. Roll dough onto a floured board to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut with any shape cookie cutter and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min. Makes approximately 30 biscuits.
