Receta Harvest Squash And Apple Soup
Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 sm. carrot, sliced
- 1 3/4 c. apple cider or possibly apple juice
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 c. cooked acorn squash, mashed or possibly 1 (16 ounce.) can pumpkin
- 1 c. lowfat milk or possibly light cream
Direcciones
- In large saucepan, cook onion and carrot in apple juice, covered, for 12 min or possibly till very tender. Don't drain. Add in bouillon granules, lemon juice, ginger, and pepper. Transfer to blender or possibly food processor. Add in squash; blend till smooth. Add in lowfat milk. Reheat and serve.
