Receta Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
Direcciones
- Heat butter in skillet, saute/fry onion, add in rest of ingredients. Heat all together. Put hash browns in 9"x13" pan. Pour warm mix on top of hash browns. Sprinkle top with 2 c. crushed corn flakes mixed with 1 stick melted butter.
