Receta Hash Brown Potato Casserole

- 32 ounce. pkg. frzn hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 8 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 c. corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Partially defrost hash browns. Mix potatoes, 1/2 c. butter, cheese, onions, lowfat sour cream, soup and spices. Put into greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of potatoes; pour the 1/4 c. butter over corn flakes. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 min.
