Ingredientes
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. hashbrowns (frzn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. grated cheese
- 1/2 container lowfat sour cream
- Corn flakes
Direcciones
- Saute/fry minced onion in butter, stir in thawed hashbrowns, add in other ingredients and put in buttered dish (rectangular). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
