Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 lb Lamb shoulder, grnd
- 1 med Onion, finely minced
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Allspice Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Brown pine nuts in butter till golden brown. Then add in meat and saute/fry for 10-12 min. Add in minced onions and spices and cook till onions are limp.
- Remove from fire.
