Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 4 c. crisp bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/8 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 3 soft California avocados, halved & peeled
- Ripe & green olives (for garnish)
- 1 tomato, cut in wedges
- Lettuce (opt.)
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except avocados, olives, tomatoes and lettuce in large bowl. On plate (lettuce lined if you like), fill each avocado half cavity with chicken salad and garnish with olives and tomato wedges. 6 servings.
