Receta Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
This is a recipe that was put together from several different ones. It easy to make and very good.
Ingredientes
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup veg. oil
- 2 cups mashed very ripe banana's
- 1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup dry fruit ( I've used craisins or mix fruit)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 Degrees C). Grease two 9x5in. loaf pans.
- In large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the nuts, eggs, oil, banana, pineapple, vanilla, coconut, and fruit; stir just until blended. Pour batter evenly into the prepared pans.
- Bake at 350 for about 60min, or until a tooth pick inserted into the center of loaf comes out clean. Cool in the pan for about 10min, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
- I like to serve a tropical sauce with it..i'll have it listed also.
