Receta Butterscotch Blondies
Ingredientes
- Box of basic cookie mix.
- 3 cups butterscotch chips
- 2 2/3 cups of all- purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1 1/2 packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs
Direcciones
- Place cookie mix and remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Mix on low speed 1 min. or until blended. Scrape bowl. Continue to mix on low speed for 30 sec.
- Press dough into prepared 24 x 16 x 1 inch pan
- For standard oven bake at 350 25 - 30 min; for convention oven bake at 300 20 - 25 min.
- DO NOT OVER BAKE. Cool completely before cutting. Drizzle with melted butterscotch chips, if desired.
